(a) Every effort will be made to remove the virus using standard methods currently in use by us. Depending on the severity of the infection, a reinstallation of the operating system may be required, which will incur an additional charge.
(b) Limited to email & SMS contact, with phone contact being at the discretion of the technician. Subject to technician availability at the time.
(c) Applies only to the computer that has been enrolled in the plan.
NOTE: The Protection Plan only applies to work that can be performed via remote connection. Onsite & Workshop work will incur an additional charge, but at discounted member prices.
All monthly pricing will be reviewed on July 1st each year and may be subject to change to reflect current supply costs.
