Effective online security involves more than just installing any old software package and hoping for the best. Proper protection consists of an enterprise-grade malware protection, third-party software updates, correct configuration, continuous monitoring, and much more. We offer all this, as a monthly or quarterly service, for less than you are likely paying now.
Our service is powered by Emsisoft Enterprise Security and SyncroMSP RMM. A SyncroMSP agent will initially be installed onto your computer. This agent will then deploy Emsisoft Enterprise Security which will take care of browser protection, anti-phishing, anti-malware & anti-ransomware. The SyncroMSP agent will control third-party updates and overall system health.

Burdekin IT is a family owned business located in North Queensland with over 30 years experience in the IT industry. We have been in business since 2007.
This service was born out of years of frustration working in IT support with clients who didn’t have adequate online security in place, but thought they did. Most people mistakenly think that by installing any old security package on their computer that they are fully protected. Experience tells us otherwise. The number of people we have personally experienced being caught up in phishing scams is staggering.
After changing to our service, we rarely hear from our clients.
